2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

3. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g., email to ask@xlaxyronquebl.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available from us.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

5. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons after delivery, unless the goods were defective. We may deduct from the refund an amount for diminished value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate under applicable warranty and consumer rights.

8. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned goods. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account.
